These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the For Instance Figma plugin and related website (collectively, the "Service") operated by New York Ad Writer LLC doing business as Casita Film ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Los Angeles, California. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
For Instance is a Figma plugin that reads component instance data from your Figma Design files and Figma Slides files, compares them, and syncs instances between files. All processing occurs locally within the Figma environment. The plugin communicates only with Figma's official API (api.figma.com) to read and update your files. No design data or file content is transmitted to our servers.
You must have a valid Figma account to use the plugin. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
For Instance is free to install and includes 5 sync actions at no cost. No credit card or account registration is required for the free plan. We reserve the right to modify the limitations of the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are available for Individual users and Enterprise teams. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC ("LemonSqueezy"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All prices are in USD and subject to change. We will notify active subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of your current paid billing period and will not renew. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

Valid reasons for a refund include: the plugin does not function as described after contacting support, an unresolvable technical issue, or an accidental duplicate purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@casitafilm.com with your order details.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the plugin or any part of it.

The Service, including all code, design, and branding, is owned by New York Ad Writer LLC. Your Figma files and design content remain entirely your own. We claim no ownership over any content in your files.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your Figma files before using sync features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New York Ad Writer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any unintended changes to your Figma files. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
